TAX - it can be interesting June 11, 1999

When written this book provided an excellent spread of information covering most historical taxation regimes and proposing / describing several others, including the, at the time, yet to be attempted "poll-tax".

My current favourite form of tax is the flat rate sales tax, easy and cheap to collect, difficult to avoid and obviously "fair".

I highly recommend this book for any who want to understand how taxation works and how it changes the world in which you live and work.
