This book is excellent for anyone who asesses or advises people about Housing and Council Tax Benefit. It is written in a very easy to understand style and I use it regulary to refer to whilst asessing claims or advising people in my job as as an Assessment Officer - this is the book we use as first reference!

A must have for anyone with a interest in Housing and Council Tax Benefit.

This book is great!! Some might say boring, but when you have so many Housing/Council Tax Benefit claims to assess, John makes life so much easier. I have been on one of his training courses too, and he really knows how to explain some complex areas in an easy to understand way.

This is a great book on the regulations on HB & CTB, it explains all the law on how we process claims and i recommend all Housing and Council Tax Benefit staff get their own copy as it will come in very good use at work.
